Ingredients for making Coconut Jaggery Poha

  • 1 cup soaked poha
  • 1 cup grated jaggery
  • salt
  • 3 tbsp coconut
  • Roasted Cashews
  • 1 tablespoon ghee

How to make Coconut Jaggery Poha
First of all, wash the Poha with water 3 times and then leave it soaked in some water for some time. When the poha absorbs water, add grated coconut to it. Now add powdered jaggery, a pinch of salt and ghee to it. Now mix everything together well with the help of hands. Serve it garnished with roasted cashews. If you want, you can also add almonds and raisins to it. If you want to take light meal at night, then you can eat it by adding milk to it. Or you can eat it by pouring cold cream on it.
