UP News: On the first day of the UP Monsoon Session in Uttar Pradesh, Samajwadi Party took out a foot march under the leadership of Akhilesh Yadav. The march was stopped by the Lucknow Police, after which BSP chief Mayawati had targeted the BJP government by tweeting. Which was believed to be Mayawati’s soft stand against the SP chief. However, within 24 hours, the attitude of the BSP supremo has changed.

Mayawati tweeted and wrote, “The secular forces of Uttar Pradesh voted for the SP and made it the main opposition party here against the BJP’s extreme casteist, communal and anti-public interest policies, but this party failed to give a tough fight to the BJP. It seems to be happening, why?”

The BSP supremo wrote in his next tweet, “This is the reason why the BJP government is allowed to work against the interest and welfare of crores of people of UP with a completely autocratic and anti-people thinking and style of functioning. Even in the Legislative Assembly. Despite having a huge number of forces, the SP looks very helpless and weak against the government, highly-contemplative.”
