The CBI conducted raids at 10 locations including homes and offices of accused and suspects in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and recovered several documents.

“Several cases/ FIRs have been registered by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) against the accused allegedly involved in deliberate targeting of judges and judiciary through interviews/ social media/ posts/ speeches on online platforms,” ​​a statement said. , because these people hold the alleged malicious orders responsible in giving orders or passing judgments. The CBI had registered 7 FIRs in the case of objectionable remarks on the Supreme Court and the Andhra Pradesh High Court. On November 11 last year, the agency had registered a case against 16 accused and took 12 FIRs from the CID on the orders of the Andhra Pradesh High Court. CBI had also filed several charge sheets in this case.

Apart from this, the CBI has registered a case against ABG Shipyard Limited and its then Chairman and Managing Director Rishi Kamlesh Agarwal among others in the country’s biggest bank fraud case. The case was registered in connection with an alleged fraud of over Rs 22,842 crore from a consortium of banks led by State Bank of India, officials said on Saturday.

Apart from Agarwal, the agency has also booked the then executive director Santhanam Muthaswamy, directors – Ashwini Kumar, Sushil Kumar Agarwal and Ravi Vimal Nevetia and another company ABG International Pvt Ltd for alleged offenses such as criminal conspiracy, cheating, criminal breach of trust and official misappropriation. filed suit for
