Ingredients required to make Chicken Masala Dosa
- Chicken 400 g minced
- Onion 2 medium size
- chilli powder
- freshly ground black pepper
- ginger paste
- Vegetable oil
- dosa batter
- Curry Leaf Tomato Puree
- garam masala powder
- garlic paste
- coriander leaves
How to make Chicken Masala Dosa
To make Chicken Masala Dosa, first heat oil in a cooker, now add cumin, curry leaves, garlic and ginger paste and fry it well. Now add chopped onion and fry it. When the onions are fried, add tomato puree to it. Now add red chili powder, garam masala powder, black pepper powder and salt to the spices.
Now fry the spices for some time and let it cook. Now add minced chicken to it and mix it well. Now add water as required and let the spices cook till the oil leaves. Now add chopped coriander leaves to it. Turn off the gas.
Heat dosa tawa and pour dosa batter in it and then spread chicken masala in it. Let the dosa cook well and fold it and serve it with samba, coconut and tomato chutney.
