CRPF News: Governor Ramesh Bais and Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Sunday paying tribute to Assistant Commandant Shanti Bhushan Tirkey at the headquarters of the 133rd Battalion of the Central Reserve Police Force in Dhurva, Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand. Paid homage and said that martyr Tirkey’s martyrdom will not go in vain. Tirkey was martyred in an encounter with Naxalites in Chhattisgarh’s Bijapur on Saturday.

The Governor saluted the bravery of Shaheed Tirkey and said that his martyrdom will not go in vain. He also consoled Tirkey’s family in this hour of grief. The Governor said that the government will always stand to help the families of the martyrs. The governor said that the way the terrorists are doing the cowardly act, they will be given a befitting reply.

At the same time, Chief Minister Hemant Soren said that another brave son of Jharkhand laid down his life to protect the country. He said that everyone is proud of Tirkey’s martyrdom. Expressing condolences to the families of the martyrs, the Chief Minister said that the government is always standing with them to help them.
In the tribute ceremony organized for Tirkey, Chief Secretary Sukhdev Singh, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Rajiv Arun Ekka, ADG Operations Sanjay Anand Latkar, Inspector General of Jharkhand Sector of CRPF Rajiv Kumar and other senior officials and martyr’s wife Pushpa Manjula Tirkey and father Stephen Tirkey and Other families paid tribute by laying wreaths.
