Where are the elections to be held
The tenure of the Municipality and Municipal Councils within Madhya Pradesh has ended later. Voting for them will be held on September 27. Municipal elections are going to be held on September 27 especially in tribal dominated districts of Madhya Pradesh, including Jhabua, Alirajpur, Burhanpur, Khargone, Khandwa, Seoni, Mandla, Balaghat, Dindori, Shahdol, Umaria, Ratlam, Singrauli, Sagar, Betul and Chhindwara is included. Polling is to be held in 46 municipal bodies of these districts.
There will be an electoral battle between 3422 candidates
In these areas, the election of public representatives is to be held in about 794 wards, about which the administration has geared up. In order for the elections to be conducted in a peaceful and orderly manner, the holiday of school offices has been declared by the General Administration Department. Most of the same bodies are tribal-dominated population, in which 4760 nominations have been received so far. Out of these, 227 nominations have been canceled and 1244 people have withdrawn their names. At the same time, 3422 candidates will be face to face in the electoral fray. The results of the elections will be announced on 30 September.
