Ingredients for making Pineapple Pudding

  • Paneer or ricotta cheese – 250 gms (crushed)
  • Pineapple – 450 grams (crushed)
  • Sugar – 60 grams
  • Ghee – 2 tbsp
  • Saffron – a pinch
  • Yellow food color – few drops
  • Pistachios – 8-10 chopped

Pineapple Pudding Recipe
1- First put ghee in a pan. Add pineapple and cheese to it and let it come to a boil.
2- When it starts boiling, add yellow food color to it.
3- Now cover and cook it till the water dries up. You have to keep the flame medium of the gas.
4- Now add sugar and saffron and fry it for 10 minutes.
5- When you start looking like pudding, then turn off the gas.
6- Pineapple pudding is ready and serve it by adding chopped pistachios.
