Ingredients for making Pineapple Pudding
- Paneer or ricotta cheese – 250 gms (crushed)
- Pineapple – 450 grams (crushed)
- Sugar – 60 grams
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Saffron – a pinch
- Yellow food color – few drops
- Pistachios – 8-10 chopped
Pineapple Pudding Recipe
1- First put ghee in a pan. Add pineapple and cheese to it and let it come to a boil.
2- When it starts boiling, add yellow food color to it.
3- Now cover and cook it till the water dries up. You have to keep the flame medium of the gas.
4- Now add sugar and saffron and fry it for 10 minutes.
