Shiv Sena Dussehra Rally: Bombay High Court Chief Minister of Maharashtra Eknath Shinde In a major setback to the Eknath Shinde faction, Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray was allowed Dussehra rally at Shivaji Park. Now the reaction of Shiv Sena MP Priyanka Chaturvedi has also come to the fore on this decision of the Bombay High Court. The Shiv Sena MP has also targeted the Maharashtra government by tweeting about this rally to be held in Mumbai’s historic Shivaji Park on October 5.

After the Bombay High Court’s decision regarding Shiv Sena’s Dussehra rally, Shiv Sena MP Priyanka Chaturvedi tweeted and wrote – “One party leader, one Shiv Sena, one Shivtirth, only one Dussehra gathering, on October 5, the roar of the tiger will be heard. ” In the second tweet, Shiv Sena MP wrote- “Doctor’s advice- Immediate saline drip for entire Maharashtra cabinet.”

Earlier, Maharashtra Congress President Nana Patole also reacted to this decision and said that the Congress party welcomes the court’s decision. It is the job of the state government to maintain law and order in the state, but the law and order cited by BMC was wrong.

The Bombay High Court Justice R. The division bench of D. Dhanuka and Justice Kamal Khata gave this decision while hearing a petition on Friday. The petition was filed by the Thackeray faction and its secretary Anil Desai challenging the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation’s order. In which BMC refused permission to Shiv Sena to hold Dussehra rally at Shivaji Park.

While hearing this petition, the court said that the order of BMC is clearly an abuse of legal process. The BMC, while denying permission to both the groups for the rally, had said that if permission is given to one faction, it will create law and order problem for the local police.
