UPSC Interview: Every year lakhs of youth appear in the UPSC exam, but only a few of them are able to achieve success. First of all know what is the selection process of UPSC. Any candidate has to clear all the three stages (Preliminary, Main, Interview) to appear in the final merit list. Mains and Interview (Mains & Interview)The marks obtained in the exam are added up and a certain cut-off is prepared. if the candidate (Applicant)Total marks of (Main + Interview) cut-off marks as decided by UPSC (Cut-Off Marks)above, then he/she gets a chance to appear in the final merit list.
