Uttar Pradesh: All Schools In Ghaziabad And Meerut District To Be Closed On 24th September For Heavy Rainfall


UP News: In the districts of Uttar Pradesh, people are facing a lot of trouble due to rain. Meanwhile, in Ghaziabad, adjacent to Noida, on Saturday, 24th, due to rain and water logging, all the schools from class 1st to 8th will remain closed. Apart from this, schools up to class VIII will also have a holiday tomorrow in Meerut.

DM Deepak Meena has given orders. Let us inform that due to rain in Meerut, there is a problem of waterlogging in many areas. On the other hand, the Aligarh district administration has ordered the closure of schools from nursery to class 12 till September 24, while the capital Lucknow commissioner Roshan Jacob has ordered the closure of all government, non-government schools keeping in mind the safety of the students. Schools up to class VIII in Unnao will remain closed till further orders. In Sitapur, the District Magistrate has ordered the closure of schools up to class 12 for the next two days.

CM Yogi did aerial survey

Due to rain in Uttar Pradesh, life has become disturbed in many districts. Traffic has slowed down due to water logging on the roads. Somewhere water has entered inside the office of the fire station, while 10 people have lost their lives due to the collapse of the house in Etawah. In view of the deteriorating situation due to rain, CM Yogi Adityanath conducted aerial survey today. He conducted an aerial survey of Gorakhpur, Sant Kabir Nagar, Basti, Ayodhya, Gonda and Barabanki affected by the floods of Saryu river. CM Yogi has also instructed all the district magistrates to give a detailed report of the flood relief works.
