UP News: CM Pushkar Singh Dhami is on a three-day visit to Delhi. CM Dhami will attend the meeting of NITI Aayog on Sunday. Earlier on Saturday, he addressed the Prime Minister regarding the Amrit Festival of Independence (Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav). Narendra Modi (Narendra Modi) will attend the meeting. In Delhi, CM Pushkar Singh Dhami has met Union Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi. During this, there was a discussion between the two leaders regarding the development plans of Uttarakhand. Uttarakhand BJP state president Mahendra Bhatt is also present along with CM Dhami. Both the leaders are meeting Amit Shah amidst the possibilities of cabinet expansion in Uttarakhand.
CM Dhami made this demand from the Cooperation Minister
CM Dhami urged the Cooperation Minister to increase the amount of 50 thousand rupees per pack being given by the Central Government. During this, CM Dhami said that an amount of Rs 3.35 crore has been estimated by the government for 670 packs. This is less relative to the cost per packaged. Uttarakhand is one of the pioneers in PACS computerization. He said that Uttarakhand will get a big relief by getting the assistance provided to the hill states in the ratio of 90:10. A total of Rs 18.76 crore has been spent by 670 PACS in Uttarakhand.
CM Dhami said that more than 108 packs of the state have gone live, which are doing their daily transactions on the software. The work of the remaining 502 committees is to be completed in the next 6 months. Expressing gratitude to Union Cooperation Minister Amit Shah for the decision to computerize all primary agricultural credit cooperative societies, the CM said that this would revolutionize the working of the societies and would prove to be one of the most important reforms in the cooperative sector.
Also met Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav
At the same time, earlier CM Dhami met Union Railway and IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnav in Delhi. CM Dhami discussed various infrastructure projects related to Railways and IT sector in Uttarakhand. During this, the CM tweeted and wrote, ‘While accepting the request made earlier, the Union Minister’s heartfelt greetings on behalf of all the people of the state for approving 1206 BSNL towers costing more than 1200 crores for various rural areas of Uttarakhand. Gratitude.! Certainly, with the installation of these towers, internet connectivity in remote and hilly areas will be strengthened, as well as many areas like education, business will be strengthened.
Along with this, Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari has called a meeting on Monday. In this meeting, the Union Ministers will discuss the proposals related to the state’s road infrastructure, tunnel and ropeway projects. The CM will also request to issue notification of six national highways that have been approved in principle, but before this, the CM will keep information about the new education policy, reforms made in agriculture and urban bodies and future steps in the meeting of the NITI Aayog.
During this, he will also mention the plans related to the future development of the state and will also advocate a different model of development in the perspective of the Himalayan states. On Saturday, he will participate in the meeting to be chaired by the Prime Minister under the Amrit Festival of Independence. He will also keep information about the work being done at the level of the state government under the Amrit Mahotsav.
